April 28 - final qualifying game on the route "Zoo"
The fourth stage of the Quest-Moscow competitions took place at the Moscow Zoo. Exclusive co-organizers of the games were: the administration of the Moscow Zoo and ANO "Center" Amur Tiger ". The competition was judged by a competent jury composed of: Marina Valentinaovna Lebedeva (Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Technospheric Security, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor), Natalia Belozubova (Candidate of Biological Sciences, lecturer of the RSSU) and Piklova Antonina Nikolaevna (Executive Secretary Student Games "Quest-Moscow", a member of the Society of Russian-Chinese Friendship).
For two and a half hours, the participating teams were looking for secret and obvious links between Russian nature and Russian culture. In the replies of the teams - "Four Inventions" (Peking University of Foreign Languages), "Bold Bears" (Xi'an University of Foreign Languages) and "Dragon and Company" (Heilongjiang University) - all the wealth of the flora and fauna of Russia was reflected in proverbs, songs and Games. The final chord of the competition was the development of a program to save the Amur tiger. At the enclosure with this beautiful animal uniting Russia and China, the guys proposed an algorithm for solving, both for the authorities and for the public. Perhaps, it will form the basis of the future strategy of preserving the Amur tiger.
The skill of the performing teams led the experienced jury into confusion, unable to choose the obvious winner, it was forced to take an unusual step: two teams came to the finals - "Four Inventions" and "Dragon and Company." Congratulations to the finalists!
