April 29 at 10.00 in the Russian State Social University was the final "Quest-Moscow" 2017. The theme of the final day of the games was Russian cuisine. In the menu, by lot, the teams dropped out: Mimosa salad (Four from Prostokvashino Shanghai University of Foreign Languages), Vinegret (Dragon and Company Heilongjiang University), Olivier (Big Adventurers, Xi'an University of Foreign Languages ), "Herring under the fur coat" (Four Inventions, Peking University of Foreign Languages) and a surprise salad - Quest-Moscow (The Sun Gulls, Dalian University of Foreign Languages).
A competent jury composed of: Ren Guangxuan (professor at Peking University); Maria Kotovskaya (Head of the Commission for Nationalities, Migration Policy and Religion of the Public Chamber of Moscow); Tatyana Turchak (Executive Secretary of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society); Nevskaya Marina Vladimirovna (Dean Linguistic faculty of the RSSU) and a large support team of participants watched from the screen of online inclusion from the kitchen.
An hour later the teams, one after another, presented ready-made dishes for the jury, sang chastushki and burst into dancing, which led the jury to incredible delight and confusion. The result of this confusion, after the meeting of the jury, was an unexpected outcome: the first place was divided into "Sunny Seagulls" and "Four from Prostokvashino", 2nd place was given to the team "Great Adventurers", and the 3rd place was worthy of "Four Inventions" and "Dragon and Company ".
At the solemn ceremony of awarding participants and winners, the organizers and jury members noted the high level of training of all the teams, which is an indisputable proof of the high professional level of the teaching staff of universities, where students are trained.
The honorary guests of the finale Quest-Moscow 2017: Zhao Guocheng (Counselor-Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Moscow), Nekipelov Andrey Valentinovich (pro-rector for the educational work of the RSSU) took part in the ceremony of awarding the main winners. They paid special attention to the traditionally friendly relations between Russia and China, the growing interest, from year to year, of the two peoples' interest in language and culture, as well as the urgent need for highly skilled cadres of young translators and teachers. Special guest and honorary member of the jury Kotovskaya Maria Grigoryevna congratulated the guys with an excellent game and promised to emphasize the high level of organization and holding of the competitions in the Public Relations Committee and the Committee for Nationalities Affairs under the Government of Moscow.
The final chord of the student games "Quest-Moscow" in 2017 was a general picture of the participants, honorary members of the jury and guests.
